When entering the property you are welcomed into a cosy and well considered holiday home in which contemporary accessories complement traditional features and furnishings with subtle nods to modern design. The large bay window in the living area allows sunshine to poor into the room and adds to the wonderful airy feel of this deceptively spacious property. A second seating option is provided by cushioned bench seating in the well-equipped kitchen adding a rustic feel to complement little seaside touches, reminding guests of the fantastic location of this seaside holiday cottage.

Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with built in wardrobe and traditional dresser with draws, views over the rear of the property.
Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with 2"6 beds, built in wardrobe, chest of draws, views over the rear of the property.
Bathroom: Beautiful contemporary bathroom with compact inset bath and complimenting white suite consisting of a wc and washbasin.
Bedroom 4: Open space which has been created into a children's twin room with two 3ft beds, large chest of draws, hooks for hanging and some fabulous nautical accessories. Please note that there is no door leading from the stairs into the bedroom.
Outside: Front garden with table and four chairs, path leading to a gate with access to the road; Utility area located just outside the back door in an outbuilding with washing machine and tumble dryer; Rear garden (accessed by crossing shared drive and through private parking area) is a gorgeous lawned space with a BBQ and summer house which contains further seating.
Parking: Private gravel parking area at the rear of the property for one car (accessed from a shared driveway).

Walberswick has over a thousand acres of open access heath and marshland, protected as an Area of Outstanding National Beauty. The RSPB Bird Reserve at Minsmere is a short drive away and the seaside town of Southwold is within strolling distance along one of the many beautiful walks in and around Walberswick or the foot ferry that runs during the summer months. Within Walberswick there are tearooms, restaurants, two public houses, an art gallery, a deli, original crafts and gift shops.
