Recently refurbished to an exceptionally high standard you are sure to be impressed upon walking through the doors of this lovingly restored period property. This house makes for a perfect getaway for the whole family or a friends’ retreat and has an ideal location being situated on the edge of the common, down a quiet lane.

Feel right at home as you whip up meals in this fully equipped kitchen, perfect for your self-catering stay. In here, you’ll find a dishwasher, double oven and induction hob, as well as a fridge freezer. The space is light and airy and benefits from a lovely view into the garden. The lounge makes for ultimate comfort with ample seating for 8 for those cosy nights in. With views into the stunning garden out of French doors you will truly soak up your beautiful surroundings. A welcoming wood burner completes this beautiful room and along with the underfloor heating, you’ll have no problem keeping toasty on those breezy days. We are certain you’ll enjoy bringing everyone together for great dining experiences in this holiday home with the spacious dining table taking centre stage with seating for 8 in this delightful dining space. The dining room again boasts underfloor heating for complete cosiness.

The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and provide exactly what you need for a great night’s sleep to prepare you for days on the beach and days exploring the surrounding coast and countryside. You’ll find four beautiful bedrooms, two of which have en-suites and there’s also a spacious family bathroom on the first floor.

We know storage is key for your seaside holiday and this property certainly ensures you have ample storage to stow away your gear for those many trips to the beach. This property has a roomy front hall with storage for coats and shoes as well as a handy utility space, with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Having a flick through the images will likely have you impressed already, but just wait until you get here! This Suffolk hideaway also has the advantage of its own private garden. You are led into the serene garden through the french doors in the lounge. From the french doors, you’ll step out onto the patio area - the perfect spot for alfresco dining or relaxing with a glass of wine after a long day exploring. Conveniently, the gate at the end of the garden leads to a pathway which provides a short cut to the beach and leads you straight to the local village co-op shop, meaning it’s easy to stock up on supplies for your self-catering escape.

Walberswick is a wonderfully traditional seaside village and the beautiful surroundings and bustling atmosphere make it a great holiday location year-round. This property is ideal being tucked just outside of the hustle and bustle of this vibrant seaside village, and yet it boasts just a ten-minute walk into the centre of this lovely holiday hotspot. 

What we love about this property: A fantastic location which boasts short walks to the beach, the shop and the pub. A fantastic all rounder that will provide you with a holiday to remember.

Kitchen – fridge freezer, double oven and Neff induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine. Glass door to garden.

Utility room – Washing machine, tumble dryer, sink with drainer, storage.

Sitting room – French doors leading onto the garden, television, wood burner, board games.


Bedroom – double bed.  This is a small room with hanging and shelving space. Please note, there is only access to the bed from one side hence the property being advertised for 7, although an 8th person can stay at no extra cost.

Bedroom – Super king size bed (zip and link beds mean this room can be made up as a twin room, please specify your requirements at time of booking).

Bedroom – King size room with en-suite shower cubicle, basin and wc.

Bathroom – Bath, over bath shower, basin, WC.


Bedroom with eaves – King size bed with en-suite WC and basin.

Garden: Large, south facing garden with table and chairs. (Access for neighbour through side gate which is to the edge of the garden). Garden is accessed through the french doors in the lounge.

Parking: Private parking for two cars only in front of the house (in front of back door). Strictly No Parking on the Moorside lane. All other vehicles must park at the public car parks.

Heating: Electric heating and the bonus of a cosy wood burner.

Notes: There is a right of way for the neighbour at the side of the garden. It is only at the edge of the garden. The right of way is only used approximately four times a year.

There will be a starter pack only for the wood burner.

There is no smoking at this property.
