Stepping into The Links you’ll be immediately blown away by one of its most impressive focal points the house has to offer. In the central atrium the ceiling stretches right through each floor of the house to a glazed dome on the roof. Letting in floods of natural light and providing something truly special for guests to arrive to.
The ground floor offers guests a library, dining room and large open plan family room/kitchen. This room will be sure to be the social hub of this home. The large kitchen area with a full roll-call of high-end equipment, a cook's dream. The sitting area offers guests a multitude of activities, from a large cinema screen with an extensive DVD collection, table tennis table and a football table. Something to keep all members of the family entertained! Within this room is an impressive spiral staircase which gives a second access up to both the first and second floor.
On the first floor the property offers 3 large and spacious bedrooms, all with ensuite facilities. Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
