Description
Seacroft is the perfect holiday home for large groups wanting to spend quality time together in an excellent location in Suffolk. Guests can make the most of being just a few footsteps away from Southwold beach no matter what the season. Sunbathing on the golden sands or taking a brisk winter walk are both enjoyable past times, and Southwold’s pier, restaurants, shops and pubs are open all year round. The holiday home is suitably decorated with a contemporary feel and luxurious furnishings throughout.
The dining table in the holiday home's grand dining room seats all fifteen guests where dining can be enjoyed whilst overlooking the North Sea through the floor to ceiling length bay window. ((Please note, however, that noise levels must be kept to a strict minimum and the room cannot be used after 11 o'clock at night due to an existing covenant and the close proximity of local residents to the side and above this room.)) The large enclosed garden feels private and is wonderfully suited for al fresco dining with outside table, chairs and BBQ. Guests can relax on the grass amongst the cleverly landscaped vegetation. The open plan kitchen boasts a large range cooker and American style fridge freezer ensuring guests have all amenities needed for a self-catering holiday. The kitchen has an open plan feel as it leads onto one of two sitting rooms, both with beautiful feature fireplaces. With sitting rooms upstairs and downstairs, Seacroft utilises its spaces to make the most of its unbroken sea views, thoughtfully placing comfortable chairs in the windows where guests can enjoy looking across the salt waters.
On the top floor, guests will find Seacroft’s hidden gem, a snug library room, where hundreds of books and an assortment of games are displayed on the in-built shelves. The library leads on to one of six bedrooms where even more books can be found. On the same floor, guests will find the quaint loft bedroom which has a cosy feel and tonnes of character. Four of the six bedrooms have king size beds and three of the bedrooms have sea views. Seacroft has a generous four bathrooms, ensuring that when at full capacity there are plenty of. With an endless amount of social areas, groups will love the diversity of Seacroft and enjoy various rooms either together or when wanting some alone time. Shop: 175 yards Pub: 100 yards.
Why We Love This Property: We absolute love Seacroft’s top floor snug library. When on holiday, there is nothing better than having the time to get into a good book, or two, or three! Where more suitable to do so than in a room with wonderful sea views and comfortable chairs that you can sink into. Guests will leave Seacroft becoming certified book worms.

Southwold Pier Area - It is often said that nothing changes in Southwold. However, the much-acclaimed pier was rebuilt in 2001 and was the first to be constructed in England in over fifty years. It now fits in well with the painted beach huts, promenade and colourful flowerbeds. There is a shop, cafes and an alternative amusement arcade there. The selection of properties' hereabouts makes it an ideal location to stay in Southwold if you require quiet accommodation that is also close to the beach, town centre and the many footpaths across the marshes leading you to the less explored areas of the town.
