On entering the property you are welcomed into the large hallway with plenty of storage for coats and shoes. The large lounge offers two areas of seating, one with the television and woodburning stove making this property ideal for breaks all year round. The second area more quiet, with french doors leading out to the private courtyard garden. The kitchen/dining area provides again a spacious area for all the family to come together and enjoy some home cooking. The kitchen is well equipped with all you will need to make the most of your self-catering stay. The open staircase from the kitchen leads down to the lower ground floor where you will a bedroom/snug room with television and twin beds. Up on the first floor, you will find three spacious bedrooms all beautifully furnished throughout, a shower room and bathroom. The second floor provides the master en-suite bedroom with a king sized bed and the most breath-taking views of the lighthouse and the roof tops beyond from the very large Velux window. Southwold Pier Area - It is often said that nothing changes in Southwold. However, the much-acclaimed pier was rebuilt in 2001 and was the first to be constructed in England in over 50 years. It now fits in well with the painted beach huts, promenade and colourful flowerbeds. There is a shop, cafes and an alternative amusement arcade there. The selection of properties hereabouts makes it an ideal location to stay in Southwold if you require quiet accommodation that is also close to the beach, town centre and the many footpaths across the marshes leading you to the less explored areas of the town.
