Access to South Green is conveniently at the top of the Hill with the high street and seafront also only a stone’s throw away.

Upstairs the property boasts four bedrooms all spacious, light and bright offering guests ample storage for belongings. Three family bathrooms – one being positioned on the ground floor – offer guests flexibility with both shower cubicles and baths available. Ideal for family groups.
At the front of the property the owners have created a cosy area, patio under foot with bench seating for guests to enjoy some al fresco dining in the summer sun. Shop: 700 yards. Pub: 300 yards.

The popular Red Lion Inn overlooking South Green is even closer. Secluded and peaceful, Southwold Dunes is an ideal retreat for walkers and nature enthusiasts.
