Description

In the heart of Walberswick, with stunning coastal views and a short walk to the beach. We’re not sure any words can do this breath-taking property justice, so you’ll have to come and see it for yourself!

Leveretts is the perfect location to fully experience this beautiful seaside village. Ideal for a large family or a group of friends, Leveretts brings together comfort, charm and sophistication. And this fantastic Suffolk hideaway boasts a wonderful location to match.

Perfect for creating lasting holiday memories, this gorgeous holiday home has something for everyone (and it’s not short on space either!) On the ground floor you’ll find two spacious entrance halls to kick off those sandy shoes and stow away your beach accessories; a large dining space for ten; and a stunning lounge space, complete with two sets of french doors opening onto a large paved terrace, with a large elegant garden stretching beyond. And the hub of the home is topped off with a welcoming wood burner to curl up in front of! There’s also a fully equipped kitchen for rustling up a few sandwiches to take to the beach, or to prepare a full spread for you and the rest of your group. And afterwards you can retreat to the calm of the large TV room, light the log burner, sink into the comfortable sofas and watch the latest box set.

Upstairs there are a five, yes five, beautiful bedrooms. Ideal for recharging your batteries after long days exploring this wonderful part of Suffolk. Each of them overlooks the expansive and beautifully manicured garden, with perfectly framed sea views beyond. This house is the epitome of bringing the outside in. A real joy is the long unifying balcony coming off the bedrooms, that provides an opportunity to relax in the sunshine from first thing right through to the evening. We can’t think of anything better than waking up to these stunning views!

When the sun is shining, throw open the french doors in the lounge and enjoy the unspoilt views. You can truly feel at one with your tranquil seaside surroundings here. Head out on a leisurely stroll to the sandy beach, the nearby pubs, or pretty harbour which is just a 10 minute walk from the house. This coastal bolthole is truly one-of-a-kind, and there’s no doubt you’ll make memories to cherish here!
