Park Farm House is located in the grounds of Henham Park, a privately run rural estate owned by the Rous family which is now well known for hosting many events including the Latitude Festival. It is a wonderful house which is spacious and light with a large secluded garden to enjoy outdoor games. This is an ideal property for families and friends to gather and only a ten minute drive to the popular seaside town of Southwold. Shop: 2 miles Pub: 2 miles.

GROUND FLOOR
Sitting Room: TV, DVD, iPod dock.
Living Room: TV, DVD.
Dining Room: Large table & chairs and wood burning stove. 
Kitchen: Rangemaster cooker with eight burner gas hob, American style fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher.
Utility Room: Fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer.
Bedroom 8: Three single beds (can be made into a twin room, please specify your preference at the time of booking).
Shower Room: Shower cubicle, washbasin and wc.

Bedroom 7: Double bed (as the room is small this is only suited to a single person).

(Please note the bedrooms that are accessed from the main staircase do not connect to those accessed from the back staircase).

Garden: Extensive garden with furniture.
Parking: Ample private parking.
Heating: Oil heating.
Notes: Wi-fi, towels, highchair and travel cot included (please bring your own linen for the cot). There is also a hairdryer in each bedroom. Cattle and sheep are in the meadows at different times of the year. The edge of the meadow is only 50 yards from the house whilst there is fencing provided. Bookings are for 7 nights only.

Please be aware that guests only have access to the enclosed garden at Park Farm House. There is no public access to the surrounding parkland and farmland on the Henham Estate.

Henham Park is only ten minutes from Southwold where you will find wonderful pubs, beach, shops and restaurants. The Heritage Coast, Walberswick, Dunwich, Minsmere Bird Reserve, Aldeburgh and Orford are easy to explore and the historic sites of Sutton Hoo and Framlingham are only about thirty minutes away.
