On the High Street with fantastic views of the beach and the sea, the house is within a few steps of all that Aldeburgh offers.

You can sit in the sitting room and watch the children playing with their model boats in the boating lake. Just a few strides takes you to Aldeburgh beach and the sea, where you can buy your fresh fish direct from the fishermen. Down the road is a fantastic selection of shops, Aldeburgh's lovely old independent cinema and a magnificent choice of fine eateries and pubs. Hanover House is just five minutes walk from the tennis courts and ten minutes from Aldeburgh's famous heathland golf course.

Aldeburgh, a favourite sea side escape for artists, musicians and families yearning for those special holiday breaks of yesteryear, is a pretty Victorian coastal resort. The inspiration for much of Benjamin Britten's music and centre for his creation - The Aldeburgh Festival - the little town still plays host to concerts, film, theatre and poetry festivals. For more information on the area please visit Visit Aldeburgh
