Downlighters with dimmer switches enable you to create the perfect ambience, whatever the occasion, french doors open onto the terrace and garden beyond - a wonderful setting for a long lazy dinner party.
- Fully fitted with gas AGA (on throughout the year), electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and well equipped walk in larder.
- There is a separate study area with desk, chair and built in bookcase, broadband is available by prior arrangement
- The utility room has a butler's sink, washing machine, cupboards and further fridge and door leading to the rear garden
- TV/family room with L sofa, second sofa and armchair, large flat screen TV and DVD this is a great room in which the children can retreat from the adults or the other way round!
- A downstairs shower room with wash basin, heated towel rail and w.c. is ideal for those returning from sailing or a day on the beach.

- The Master bedroom has a king sized double bed , bedside tables and lamps, with hanging hooks, chest of drawers and chairs and door leading to the ensuite bathroom with bath and overhead shower, wash basin and w.c., heated towel rail

- To the front of the house is a lawned garden with large terrace where there is a table and chairs, and shrub beds. A picket gate leads from the garden, across the road, to the Meare
- A private road leads to the back of the house where there is a patio area and parking for 2 cars

- In consideration of other visitors, please do not smoke in the property
- Bed linen and towels are provided, but please bring beach towels
- Central heating, lighting etc are provided
- Both Catering and Activities can be arranged at or from your Big House Holiday property
- Fridge fills and welcome packs can be arranged via Thorpeness Village Stores
- A Good Housekeeping deposit of £250 is required with the full or final payment. This deposit is refundable as long as Booking Conditions are met.
